Something that comes up time and time again for me is the many opportunities that are offered to me in the present moment.  In other words, how much more I observe and how much more I can learn about myself when I am in the present moment.

Yoga Classes began on January 23^rd, 2012!

  Tammy returns to teach on  Mondays and Thursdays in the New Year.
